Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Home'sCool website and the digital packets you buy from it. By using the site or buying a packet, you agree to them.

1. Your family license

When you buy a packet, you get a personal license to use it with the children in your own household. You may:

Print as many copies as your family needs.
Save the file on your own devices and reprint it for younger siblings later.
Use it in your own homeschool, year after year.

You may not:

Share, email, upload or post the PDF (or pages from it) for other families to use.
Resell, rent or give away the packet, in whole or in part, or include it in another product.
Use it to teach a class, co-op, tutoring group or school without a group license.
Remove the Home'sCool name, copyright notice or picture credits.

Co-ops and groups: want to use a packet with more than one family? Email us about a group license.

2. Ownership

All packets, text, illustrations, designs and the Home'sCool name and logo belong to Home'sCool or are used under license. Some photographs and historical images belong to their creators or are in the public domain, and they're credited in each packet. Buying a packet gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.

3. Field Trip Finder and other free tools

The Field Trip Finder suggests real places near the town you enter, using public map data and AI. Suggestions are ideas only. Hours, prices, ages and whether a place is open can change, so please check with the place before you go. Home'sCool isn't responsible for third-party places, events or websites, or for anything that happens on a trip. Adults are responsible for supervising children during all activities in our packets.

4. Activities and safety

Packets include hands-on projects that may use scissors, glue, small parts, kitchen tools, heat or outdoor activity. An adult should read each activity first and supervise as needed for the child's age.

5. Purchases, prices and discount codes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; you pay the price shown at checkout. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy

We work hard to make our content accurate and age-appropriate. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we'll fix it. Packets are provided "as is" for educational use, without warranties of any kind.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Home'sCool's total liability for any claim related to the site or a packet is limited to the amount you paid for that packet.
